This means we don’t see ADHD as something to correct ,but as a different nervous system that processes,experiences and responds to the world differently.

I offer a flexible, collaborative space that adapts to you.

*At times, our work may be more reflective — exploring patterns, identity, and past experiences.

*At other times, we may focus more on practical support — including CBT-informed tools or coaching-style strategies where helpful.

The process is guided by your needs , balancing depth and change at a pace that feels manageable.

We move at a pace that respects your nervous system, your energy, and your way of thinking.

NEURODIVERGENT-AFFIRMATIVE THERAPY
