Therapy in London & Online Across the UK

A supportive space to understand yourself and create meaningful change.

You might be coming to therapy because:

  • You feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained

  • You’re experiencing burnout or ongoing stress

  • You feel low, disconnected, or stuck

  • You’re struggling with relationships or repeating patterns

  • You’re not sure what’s wrong — but something doesn’t feel right

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting.

Areas I work with

I offer therapy for a range of difficulties, including:

  • Anxiety (including generalised anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety)

  • Stress and burnout

  • Depression and low mood

  • Relationship difficulties and patterns

  • Low self-esteem and confidence

  • Neurodiversity (ADHD, autism) and emotional overwhelm

Many of the people I work with are also exploring questions around ADHD, neurodivergence, burnout, identity, and relationships, whether formally diagnosed or simply beginning to make sense of their experiences.

How therapy can help

Therapy offers a space to slow things down and make sense of what’s going on.

Together, we can:

  • Explore patterns, emotions, and underlying experiences

  • Understand what may be keeping you stuck

  • Develop practical ways of coping and responding differently

  • Build a stronger, more stable sense of self

My approach

I work in a supportive, flexible, and collaborative way.

At times, our work may be more reflective — exploring patterns, past experiences, and emotional processes in depth.

At other times, we may focus more on practical strategies and tools (including CBT-based approaches) to help with day-to-day challenges.

The process is guided by your needs — balancing depth and change at a pace that feels manageable.

Sessions

I offer both in-person therapy in London and online sessions across the UK.

Online therapy can be a flexible and effective way to access support wherever you are.

Starting therapy

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step — especially if you’ve been managing things on your own for a long time.

The process can be challenging at times, particularly when exploring deeper patterns or experiences.

But it can also be deeply rewarding.

With the right support, change is possible — whether that means feeling less overwhelmed, more connected to yourself, or able to approach life differently.

If you feel ready to begin, you’re welcome to get in touch.
