Feel more confident and connected
My approach
This is individual therapy focused on your experience.
Our work may involve deeper exploration — understanding attachment, past experiences, and emotional patterns.
Alongside this, we can work more practically where needed — using tools (including CBT-based approaches) and building skills to support change.
I also work in a neurodiversity-informed way, recognising how ADHD or autism can shape relationships.
Sessions
I offer both in-person therapy in London and online sessions across the UK.

Starting therapy
Looking at relationship patterns can feel vulnerable.
It may bring up difficult emotions or long-standing experiences.
But it can also lead to meaningful change — helping you feel more secure, more understood, and more able to build the kind of relationships you want.
