Sessions are available online and in London

I offer both:

  • Short-term therapy (often around 12 sessions)

  • Open-ended therapy, depending on what feels supportive for you.

We can work :

  • Weekly

  • Fortnightly, with a suggested 6-weekly initial sessions

  • for shift workers and people with irregular patterns of work, flexibility might be possible

Fees:

Individual therapy (50 mins):

  • Online sessions: £75

  • In-person: £90–£100 (depending on the location, room hire cost)

    Couples therapy (75 mins):

  • Online: £100

  • In-person: £120–£130(depending on location room hire cost)

    Clients come from Sydenham, Forest Hill,Catford, Honor Oak,Brockley, Deptford,New Cross Gate,Crystal Palace,Anerley,Brmley ,Beckenham
